These services are primarily aimed at clients in the Republic of Moldova and Romania, but can be offered in other regions on request.

The final price of any project is established exclusively through direct negotiation, after analysis of the client's specific requirements and completion of an audit. Acceptance of the definitive proposal is made by signing a contract or written confirmation.

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the project, delivery timelines, required integrations and other specific factors.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and are agreed mutually before the start of the project.

Meeting timelines depends on the timely provision of necessary materials and information by the client (texts, images, access credentials, feedback). Delays caused by the client do not create liability for ForkloreLabs.

ForkloreLabs does not and cannot guarantee the achievement of specific positions in search engine results (Google, Bing, etc.).

SEO results depend on numerous external and continuously changing factors (search engine algorithms, competition, user behaviour, content quality) that are outside our control.

We commit to implementing correct and up-to-date SEO practices, but do not offer ranking or minimum traffic guarantees.

The client is responsible for providing correct and complete information in the audit form and throughout the collaboration process.

The client guarantees that they hold the rights to the materials (texts, images, logos) provided to ForkloreLabs for the realisation of the project.

The client is responsible for the legality of the content published on the digital properties delivered.

Upon full payment of the agreed sum, the client acquires the right to use the final delivered products (website, graphics, texts created by ForkloreLabs).

Third-party components and tools (themes, plugins, open-source libraries) remain subject to their own licences.

ForkloreLabs reserves the right to present the project in its portfolio and promotional materials, unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

ForkloreLabs cannot be held liable for loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

ForkloreLabs's total liability to any client cannot exceed the amount actually paid by that client for the service in question.

These limitations apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ForkloreLabs may update these terms periodically. The updated version will be published on this page with the modification date.

Continued use of the services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
