A medical practice website with prices, hours and booking in plain sight
Physiotherapy, rehabilitation, therapeutic massage, practices and small clinics: the patient wants to know what will be done, what it costs, how long it takes and how to reach you. We build medical websites that answer all four — in Romanian and Russian — and one of them is live, with real patients.
What a practice website includes
- 01Services with price and duration shown
- 02Booking that reaches the practice, not a forgotten inbox
- 03Address, hours and phone on every screen
- 04Romanian and Russian, local SEO
Why the patient never gets to the booking
In our research on Moldovan businesses, practices and clinics keep hitting the same blockers:
No price, no duration
A practice sells exactly two things — what a session costs and how long it takes — and the website says neither. The patient calls, nobody answers during a session, and they book with whoever wrote the number down.
An unfinished template, shipped as is
We have found live medical websites with "Text for content" in the footer, demo sections left over from the theme and booking widgets that lead nowhere. A patient reads that as a careless clinic — even when the practice itself is impeccable.
Booking means a phone call during working hours
A therapist is in sessions all day and cannot pick up. Without a form that reliably reaches the practice, the evening enquiry is lost by morning.
One language only
In Chișinău patients search in Russian as well as Romanian. A single-language site hands a share of patients to the competition.
What we build for a medical practice
A practice website has one job: to turn someone in pain into a confirmed appointment. Every part serves that path.
Services with price and duration, in full
Each service explained simply — what problem it solves, how long it takes, what it costs. No "price on request". Packages show what the patient saves against sessions bought one at a time.
Booking that does not get lost
A short form with the service pre-selected from the page, delivered instantly to the practice on Telegram or e-mail. If delivery fails, the patient sees the phone number — an enquiry never disappears silently.
The practice, on every screen
Address, hours and phone always visible; on mobile, a fixed bar with "Call" and "Book". The map is an image served from the site, not a Google iframe — it loads instantly and sets no third-party cookies before the patient has asked for anything.
Trust without promises
The therapist’s certificates and diplomas, in plain sight. No "we guarantee a cure" and no invented reviews — neither patients nor advertising law tolerate them.
Romanian and Russian, done right for Google
Each language on its own address, with hreflang and medical-business structured data, so Google shows the address, hours and phone correctly.
Live projectWe have already built a practice website — and it is live, with real patients
Datherapy is a physiotherapy and therapeutic-massage practice in Chișinău. We built the site and it is running now: services with prices and durations shown in full, packages, a booking form, Romanian and Russian. Open it and use it like a patient would.
For most practices the right fit is the Business Website package — service pages, booking and local SEO. See packages and prices
Frequently asked questions
Questions about medical practice websites
01How much does a website for a medical practice cost?
As a guide, a Business Website starts from €700 in Moldova — service pages, a booking form and a local SEO structure. We give you the exact price after the free audit, depending on how many services and languages you need.
02Do I really have to show prices?
We recommend it. A patient who cannot find the price does not assume it is low — they assume it is high, or they call the competition. A guide price on the site filters out pointless calls and brings patients who have already decided. Where a service varies, we write "from" and explain why.
03Does online booking mean a calendar with free slots?
Not necessarily. For a single-therapist practice, a form that reliably reaches you and is confirmed by phone suits better than a calendar — it does not auto-book hours you would rather manage yourself. A calendar with free slots can be added as a separate stage.
04What is a medical website allowed to say?
What you can prove. Describe the services, show the qualifications and let the patient decide. We do not write promises of cures or guaranteed results and we do not invent reviews — medical advertising is regulated, and a patient can tell the difference anyway.
05How long until it is ready?
Usually 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly we receive the list of services with prices and durations, photographs and certificates. The timeline is indicative and confirmed in writing before we start.
06Do you also build the Russian version?
Yes — websites for Moldova are built from the start in Romanian and Russian, with separate addresses for each language, done right for Google.
