Questions our clients ask us
Do you work without a technical project?
Yes. If you don’t have a project, we prepare it during the design stage — survey, technical project, quotes and permits. If you already have one, we review it and take over execution.
How is the quote calculated?
After the site visit and measurements, you get a detailed quote broken into stages, with materials and labour listed separately. Any change along the way is discussed and signed off before it costs anything.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes — payment is tied to the stages in the quote: you pay for a stage only after it’s finished and checked together. No large, unjustified upfront payments.
Do you offer a warranty on the work?
Yes. Handover comes with a signed completion report and a written warranty on the work performed, and fixes during the warranty period are included.
How long does a full renovation take?
It depends on the surface area and complexity — as a guide, a full apartment renovation takes a few months. You get the exact timeline in the quote, broken into stages (indicative, demonstrative).
Who do I talk to during the project?
A single site manager — the same person from the first visit to handover. They report progress weekly, with photos and stages checked off.
