How do I book?

Through the form on this page or — on a real site — by phone and direct messaging. You choose the service, day and time, and we confirm the same day.

How far in advance should I book?

For longer services — colour, permanent makeup, lash extensions — we recommend 3–5 days ahead. For a manicure or styling we can usually find a spot within the same week.

What if I can’t make it?

Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll reschedule, no questions asked. If you’re running very late, we may need to shorten or move the service so the next client isn’t kept waiting.

Which products do you work with?

Only professional lines we’ve tested ourselves in the studio. At your first visit we’ll talk through sensitivities and allergies to choose what suits you.

Can I bring an idea from Pinterest or Instagram?

Please do. Bring references — we start from them and adapt to your features and style, so the result is yours, not a copy.

Do you offer gift cards?
